In asensational incident in Bhetapara area in the City, a man was brutally attackedby another on Friday evening.

As perthe reports, the victim has been identified as Haromvo Bhuyan and has beenadmitted to Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) with serious injuries.

Bhuyan was attacked by one identified as Nirmal Das, who allegedly has an affair with Bhuyan's wife.

Meanwhile, police initiated an investigation and arrested Das immediately after the incident.
