Meghalaya: 3 BSF Personnel Test COVID-19+, Tally at 54

Meghalaya registered four new cases of COVID-19 ON Wednesday, taking the state's tally to 54, informed Chief Minister Conrad Sangma through his twitter handle.

Out of the four cases, three BSF personnel have been detected with the infection while the other has come from Tripura for treatment to NEIGRIHMS in Shillong. "4 more persons have tested positive for COVID19 in Shillong. 3 BSF personnel and 1 patient who has come from Tripura for treatment to NEIGRIHMS," the Chief Minister tweeted.

With the new cases, the total active cases in the state are 54 while 43 patients have recovered from the disease.
