Mob sets ablaze Arunachal’s MLA residence

The law and order situation in Arunachal Pradesh capital Itanagar worsened on Sunday evening.

Reportedly, an angry mob attacked the private residence of sitting Yachuli MLA Likha Saaya. The furniture kept on the corridor was burnt down by the miscreants who also pelted stones on the house of the MLA damaging the window panes.

The situation is under control now and Police are keeping a constant vigil on the current security situation in the area.
