Nalbari: Car Falls In Pond, Two Rescued

A Bolero car bearing registration number "AS01-EH-3104" on Monday accidently fell in a deep pond in Khapkata of Mukalmua, Nalbari.

The incident occurred in Mukalmua's Hajo-Doulakhal road.

One person identified as Madhav Bhuyan who was a headmaster of a school has drowned and died in the pond while three others were rescued by locals. They were taken to a Mukalmua Hospital soon after.

A victims among them named Bipul Barman and Rani Barman are currently under treatment.
