A person has gone missing in the flood waters in Santipur, Mankachar on Friday.

As learnt, the person who has so far not been identified went to mow grass through the flood waters on a small boat.

He is suspected to have come in contact with an electric pole.

Till the writing of this report, operations are on to recover the body of the person.
