PM Modi will address a rally in Lunglei and meet various NGO and civil society leaders at Aizawl, senior BJP leader Ram Madhav tweeted..

It may be noted that campaigns by the prime minister usually results in a late swing of votes in the favour of the Bharatiya Janata Party, party sources asserted, citing the Gujarat and Karnataka polls as examples.

Earlier, on November 20, Congress chief Rahul Gandhi also visited Mizoram to campaign for the Elections and make an attempt to retain the only Northeastern state with Congress in power.
