After continuous reports of Pratidin Time about the anomalies of the Morigaon Sadar OC Pradip Kumar Nath, the DIG (Administration) ordered him to be present at the Assam Police headquarter by the earliest.

Several instances of taking bribes, extortion and other illegal activities by Pradip Kumar Nath have been reported on Pratidin Time on various occasions. Also the OC after being exposed by our journalist, threatened him with an FIR.

Several locals of Morigaon town have also been demanding strict actions against the police officer.
