Ram Sena allegedly attempts Hindu-Muslim rift

At a time when there is harmony and peace prevailing in the land of Xattras in Barpeta, simultaneously a youth organisation named the Ram Sena is allegedly attempting to bring a rift among the Hindus and Muslims in the area.

The All Assam Minorities Students Union (AAMSU) has filed acomplaint against the founding leader of the organisation, Yogi Debojit Deka,and has also urged the police to take strict action against the same.

A video has gone viral over social media, where few youths allegedlybelonging to the Ram Sena are seen threatening and assaulting another group of youths.The attacking group is also seen forcing the other group to chant "PakistanZindabad".The incident has sparked controversy and gainedsharp reactions across the state as an attempt to provoke communal violencedisrupting the age long harmony.
