SBI adopted 5 villages in Assam

In a recent development, State Bank of India (SBI) adopted 5 villages of Assam.

Reportedly, SBI has chosen Nasatra village of Barpeta as the first adopted village.

On the occasion of inauguration of the adaptation ceremony, SBI had taken part in a plantation and cleanliness program led by CJM of SBI Mr. Sunil Kumar Tandon.

They distributed the bags made by cloths and suggested the villagers not to use the plastic bags anymore.
