The Shrirampur Police seized 75 cartons of liquor.
The alcohol was confiscated from a foreign vehicle, an Innova bearing registration number AS01- AQ 7359.
In the major bust, two people were detained by the police, along with the vehicle and 75 cartons of alcohol.
The two detained have been identified as Salim Uddin (30) and Subradip Gosh (25) who belonged from Bhawlaguri, Bongaigaon.
