Sivasagar reports 31 new cases of COVID-19

The number of COVID-19 positive cases in the Sivasagar district has risen up to 115 after 31 new cases have been on Tuesday night. Out of the 31, three jawans of the Indian Army have been infected with the virus.

Another three persons who are infected were already in Containment Zone at Ward No 5 of JyotiPrasad Agarwala path. One Radheshyam Sharma who is an owner of a cloth store and his two family members are infected of the virus.

However, the other persons are yet to be identified.

With the new cases, the active numbers in the district stand at 76.
