In a tragic incident, three students jumped into the River Brahmaputra at Chandrapur in the outskirts of Guwahati on Monday.

Ithas been reported that five students were travelling around River Brahmaputrawhen suddenly three students, two boys and one girl jumped into the River. The deceasedare Bhargav Deka and Ranjan Deka while the girl named Krishna Kalita ofChandrapur has jumped into the River.

Meanwhile,the SDRF and River Police are in search operation to rescue the body of thestudents.
