In a tragic incident, two persons died in an accident while two others were injured at Mission Chariali in Tezpur when a Verna car hits several shops. One person died on the spot while the other declared dead in the hospital.

Thedeceased have been identified as Tun Deka of Rangapukhuri and Karuna Tamuli ofDekargaon.

The driver of the car stuck inside after the incident. The SDRF and police recovered him after reaching the spot by breaking the door of the car.
