A thief has been nabbed by the locals of in Anil Nagar, Guwahati on Friday.
Reportedly the locals of the region noticed him roaming in that particular area since last 9th August.
Today the locals nabbed the thief when he came to loot the bars of under construction cannel and they handed him over to Geetanagar Police.
