Three school going students have been missing from Mayong of Morigaon district since Friday night.
The incident has created a situation of intense turmoil in the area.
As per reports, the three missing students have been identified as Dimpimoni Saikia, Sumi Saikia and Nayan Saikia. All three of them were residents of Ouguri village in Mayong.
Notably, the missing students have left notes to the parents where they requested not to search for them, stating that they had no other option.
Meanwhile, an FIR has been filed in concern with the case at the Mayong Police Station and investigation is under process.
