Tinsukia journalists to boycott BJP programmes

The journalists of Tinsukia districts decided to boycott programmes of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) after MP Rameswar Teli and MLA Sanjoy Kishan after they misbehaved with a section of media on Saturday.

The decision was taken during a meeting in Tinsukia Press Club. Condemning the incident they also demanded the duo to offer apologies within 48-hour to the respective journalists.

Earlier, the MP and the MLA had attacked a section of media during a public meeting in Tinsukia.
