Two Nagas arrested in Assam-Nagaland border

A combined team of Assam Rifles and Gaurisagar police Sunday conducted a joint raid in Assam-Nagaland border and arrested two Naga people.

The raid was successful as the police could seized 1 Granade and Rs 52,000 from them, reports say.The incident took place in Geleki-Haluwating road. Police have identified the culprits as Dhritandoy H Tinau Fom and H.D.I Fom. Police arrested the culprits on their way to Nagaland.

Assam Rifles at the border town along with local police have conducted multiple operations suspecting this earlier. Police search operation still underway.
