TinsukiaPolice following a tip-off apprehended two cadres of the United LiberationFront of Assam (Independent) (ULFA-I)from Jorhat on Wednesday.
As perreports, the ULFA (I) cadres have been identified as Tutu Bora alias HandumAxom and Juman Bora, resident of the Talap region in Tinsukia and Jorhataccordingly.
It has been suspected by police that, both of the arrested ULFA (I) cadres came to the district with some planning to fulfill on the protest day of ULFA (I) on 28th November.
It may be stated that one more ULFA (I) cadre identified as Dimpal Barua alias Gudu Axom was arrested by Tinsukia police from the Tingkupani Forest Reserve of Jagun in Tinsukia on last 25th November.
