ULFA-I flag found hoisted in Kaki

A flag of ULFA-I was foundin front of the gate of a junior college in Kaki area under Hojai district on Thursday.The junior college was only 50 meters away from the Kaki Police Station.

The flag was spotted by localsand informed the police who immediately removed it. "It seems to be a handiworkof miscreants. We are investigating the matter," said a police officer.

It may be mentioned herethat the outfit has been observing November 28 as 'Pratibad Divas' (ProtestDay) ever since ULFA was declared a banned outfit 22 years ago on this date.
