Unidentified body of a girl recovered in Guwahati

In the growing and busy city of Guwahati, an unidentified body of a girl has been recovered, from the swelling Brahmaputra River, by a team of SDRF in Bhootnath.

With crimes increasing day by day in the city, the SDRF team was looking for another body of a youth named Ashim Baruah, who had been murdered by a 'chandal' and thrown into Brahmaputra. Instead, the team recovered this unidentified, almost decomposed body of a girl wrapped tightly inside a plastic sack.

The identity of the girl has not yet been found. Simultaneously, the body of Ashim is also not found.

With SDRF carrying on the search for Ashim, more details awaited about the unidentified female body.
