In atragic incident, a woman along with a child died after being hit by a train in Amingaon'sAgyathuri of Guwahati.

According to reports, it was an evident case of suicide as the woman deliberately jumped in front of the (UP) Shifung Passenger Train.

However,the duo has not been identified yet.

Witnesses of the incident have alleged that the dead are most likely mother and son.
