Inyet another horrific incident, two young girls were gang-raped at a Railwayquarter in Rangia on Friday night. Six miscreants raped the girls and thrashedthem brutally.

Accordingto reports, a hawker lured them to a railway quarter, when they were waitingfor a train in the Rangia Station. Reportedly they were travelling fromDimapur. The miscreants attacked both the girls and dragged them to thequarter, where they executed the crime.

However,the girls managed to escape from the railway quarter and informed the incidentto locals. Later, Railway Police reached the quarter and initiated aninvestigation.

Meanwhile,the locals demanded to arrest the culprits and called for strict action againstthem.
