In anoperation launched by the Youth Congress, two coal-laden trailer trucks havebeen seized in Tinsukia. The trailer bearing number PB-04-AA-7213 andHR-55-V-3360 have been seized by the Youth Congress team.

However,two other coal-laden trailer trucks have managed to escape from the spot. Thetrucks were carrying the coal without any valid documents.

The membersof Youth Congress have alleged that despite informing the police about theseizure, no police officials have gone to the spot, where the trucks were seized.They also alleged that the coal syndicate is running in Assam with the consentof the State government.
