Zubeen Recalls Tarun Gogoi as a Legend

Assam's heartthrob Zubeen Garg recalled former chief minister of Assam Tarun Gogoi saying that he was a legend and a great human being.

Paying last tribute to the veteran Congress leader, Zubeen on his official Facebook page wrote, "Remembering Tarun Gogoi Sir. A legend a great human being an inspiration to many generations.RIP,"

Zubeen also recalled the old memories which he had with Gogoi.

Zubeen along with his friends also lit candles and earthen lamps in memory of the veteran politician.

Zubeen also visited Gogoi at GMCH on Saturday night to enquire about his health condition where he was undergoing treatment in a critical condition.

Zubeen advised Tarun Gogoi's son Gaurav to play out songs for the senior leader as therapy.

Following his advice, songs of Dr. Bhupen Hazarika, Borgeet, speeches of Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi were played out through headphone for the octogenarian.

Despite the doctors unprecedented attempt to save Gogoi, he breathed his last on Monday evening.
