Kohli hits 7th double ton, breaks Bradman’s record

Virat Kohli – The Indianrun-machine has a number of records to his name already and on Friday theIndian captain added another feather to his already illustrious cap when hescored a double century against South Africa, the 7th of his Test career, onDay 2 of the second Test at Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune.

He surpassed Australianlegend Don Bradman as the captain with most scores of 150 and above. Kohli nowhas 9 scores of 150+ while captaining India, which is 1 more than Bradman'stally. Michael Clarke, Mahela Jayawardene, Brian Lara and Graeme Smith are nexton the list with 7 scores of 150+ each as captain.

The 30-year-old Kohli alsobecame the first Indian captain to hit a double century against South Africa.
