Maoist Attack In Chhattisgarh

Six CRPF soldiers were injured today in an IED blast in Chhattisgarh's Dantwada, news agency ANI reported.

The incident took place when a team of the 231st battalion of the CRPF, along with a state police unit, was out on road security duty in the district's Aranpur area.The blast took place around 4:30 pm near the Kamal post of the paramilitary force in Dantewada district.

The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) along with the Chhattisgarh Police were on road security duty when the attack took place. The injured men were evacuated by helicopter to a Raipur hospital.
