Oil pipeline explosion in Arunachal Pradesh

A devastating blast has taken place at an undergroundpipeline of Oil India Limited (OIL) in Arunachal Pradesh on Tuesday night.

Reportedly, a labour has critically got injured due to theblast who has been identified as Rupjyoti Bikash Baruah of the Productiondepartment. He belongs to the Lakua region in Sivsagar of Assam.

As per sources, a team of labours and technicians was working there and suddenly the pressure got high inside the pipe and the blast had occurred.

However, the rest of the labours and the technicians have rescued from the scene and sent him to the hospital as soon as it was possible for further treatment.
