After the denial of BJP ticket, Patna Sahib MP Shatrughan Sinha will join Congress by the end of this week. Akhilesh Prasad Singh, the Bihar Congress campaign committee chairman, informed media on Monday. "He will join Congress either on March 28 or 29 in New Delhi," said Akhilesh.

Earlier, BJP denied Sinha the party ticket from Patna Sahib because of his constant criticism of Prime Minister Modi and fielded Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad from the constituency.

Interestingly, Sinha hinted his leaning towards Congress on Sunday when he tweeted, "It's now right time for #CongressYuktBharat."
