Five people were killed and four were injured in an explosion at a firecracker factory in Tamil Nadu's Cuddalore district, the police said.

According to a report of NDTV, investigators are at the site to find out what led to the explosion at the factory in Cuddalore's Kattumannarkoil, 190 km from state capital Chennai.
