Assam outplay Rajasthan 6-0 in National Junior Football Championship

Displaying some amazing football skills, the Assam Under-17 boys beat the Rajasthan team 6-0 in the National Junior Football Championship being held in Rajkot, Gujarat.

For Assam, Rohan Brahma and Bishal Narzary scored a brace whereas Skat Khaki and Lanu Toshi Longcher scored a goal each. It was a one sided game with the Assam team displaying utter dominance and keeping possession for most part of the game.

The team for this tournament was selected through a camp organized last month at Dimakuchi in Bhergaon Sub Division. The team is in Rajkot under the able direction of Coach Keshab Bora of Tinsukia and Team Manager Lakkhi Ram Boro of Bhergaon.
