Five-time Asian Championships medalist Shiva Thapa has reached the semi-finals of the 5th Elite Men's National Boxing Championships after defeating Ankit Narwal on Sunday.
The promising boxer from Assam showed great footwork and put pressure on his opponent with precise punches.
He completed a 4-1 win in the 63.5 kg quarter final.
Semi final matches will be played tomorrow (Monday).
