Desperate Pakistan to approach ICJ over Kashmir

Afterbeing snubbed at the United Nation Security Council (UNSC), Pakistan in anotherdesperate attempt on Tuesday said that it would move the International Court ofJustice (ICJ).

Pakistan's foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that Islamabad will raise the abrogation of Article 370 at the World Court. Qureshi also said that the decision was taken "after considering all legal aspects".

It may be mentioned here that the move by Pakistan came less than a week after the UNSC's closed-door meet on Kashmir. The meet turned out to be a victory for India. Most countries have asked Pakistan to resolve the issue bilaterally.

Meanwhile,experts said that the move of Pakistan will not yield any results. The US also reiteratedon Tuesday that Kashmir is a bilateral issue between India and Pakistan.
