Former California Governor and Hollywood actor, Arnold Schwarzenegger who is 71 years old was kicked on his back at a sports event in South Africa on Saturday.

The former governor was hosting the event at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg and was interacting with his fans when an unidentified man kicked him on his back.

However, the attack didn't lead to any injury to the Terminator star ashis fans immediately protected him when he stumbled forward after the attack. Helater requested his fans to focus on the athletes instead of the attack.

The attacker was handed over to the police officers, as said by the eventofficials.

Schwarzenegger later tweeted and thanked his fans for theirconcern and confirmed that there was nothing to worry.

 He also posted a video footage on Tweeter where he was posing for photos at the Johannesburg event when the man attacked him with a flying kick.
