Bimal Bora Denies Sonowal’s Link with Coal Syndicate

To give counter attack to Congress MP Pradyut Bordoloi who alleged that Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal is running and controlling the coal syndicate, BJP MLA Bimal Bora said that the allegation is completely false.

In a press conference at Tingkhong, Bora said that the chief minister is not connected with Coal-Checkgate syndicate.

Boraalso challenged Pradyut Bordoloi to prove with valid documents. He furtheralleged that it was during the regime of Congress Government that coalsyndicate prevailed in the state. It was the BJP who closed around 150 check gatesafter it came into power.

Boraalso alleged that the forest area in Margherita has been completely destroyedunder direct cooperation of Pradyut Bordoloi.
