In a sensational incident, a man trapped under debris after a massive landslide occurred in Kahilipara at Guwahati on Friday morning. The man has been identified as Bharat Kalita.

Three others injured in the landslide have been admitted to Hayat hospital. The injured have been identified as Hem Kanta Bora, Usha Bora, and Golapi Kalita.

However, SDRF team reached the spot and operation is on to rescue the man.

On the other hand, another landslide occurred at Maligaon. A house was totally destroyed in the landslide.

The landslide occurred due to the incessant rainfall since Thursday morning.
