Stay Order by GHC on APSC ADO Appointment

The Gauhati High Court has given a stay order on the appointment of Agricultural Development Officer (ADO) by the Assam Public Service Commission (APSC).

The APSC has published a list of 115 selected candidates on January 30, 2020, but a section of candidates have challenged the advertisement alleging that the APSC has not given marks to the eligible candidates.
