Massive Fire Engulfs 2 Coaches of Patalkot Express Near Agra

Two coaches of the Patalkot Express caught fire near Bhadai railway station in Uttar Pradesh’s Agra, reports emerged.

The train was going from Firozpur in Punjab to Seoni in Madhya Pradesh, sources said.

According to reports, the fire broke out in the 4th coach at around 3:45 pm after the train left Agra station.

Two passengers have sustained burn injuries, sources said. However, no casualties have been reported in the incident.

The express train runs between Firozpur Cantonment in Punjab and Seoni in Madhya Pradesh.

“Smoke was reported on the train Patalkot Express between Agra- Dholpur. The smoke was noticed in the GS coach, 4th coach from the engine. The train was immediately stopped and Coach detached. No injuries to any person,” ANI reported quoting Indian Railways.
