Prime Minister Narendra Modi will officially launch the Sansad TV on Wednesday (September 15), ANI reported.

During the event, Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu and Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla will be present.

Sansad TV is a new channel formed by merging Lok Sabha TV and Rajya Sabha TV.

It will showcase the democratic ethos and the functioning of democratic institutions of the country with an aim to target national and international audiences through its content.
