Guwahati: AC Technician Dies of Electrocution During Repair Work

A tragic incident unfolded in the Jonali area of Guwahati on Wednesday when a man lost his life after being electrocuted while repairing an air conditioning unit at a Bajaj showroom.

According to eyewitnesses, the individual was carrying out maintenance work on the AC system when he suddenly came in contact with a live electrical wire. The force of the electric shock flung him into the adjacent Bahini River.

Upon receiving information, local police arrived at the scene and retrieved the man’s body from the river. The identity of the deceased is yet to be officially confirmed.

Further investigation is underway to determine whether proper safety measures were in place during the maintenance work.
