In the digital and media wings, Biswajit Khaound will oversee social media strategy, while Mriganka Talukdar has been assigned the responsibility of information technology. Kishor Upadhyay has been named the chief spokesperson, and Rupam Goswami will serve as the media convenor. Anirban Goswami has been appointed as the office in-charge of the state BJP headquarters.

The reshuffle comes at a time when the BJP is recalibrating its organisational machinery in Assam to prepare for the 2026 Assembly elections and reinforce its position across Barak, Brahmaputra, and hill regions.
