Four persons who came in contact with a COVID-19 patient, an employee of a State Bank of India (SBI) have also tested positive of the virus.

All the four persons came in contact with the SBI Officer Shankar Das. The positive patients have been identified as Shankar Das's daughter Ishani Das, brother Sandeep Das who is an engineer at Behali Development Block.

Sandeep Das's daughter Mayurakhi Das also tested positive for COVID-19.

On the other hand, another businessman Bulen Mondal has also been infected with the virus.

Mondal owns a battery shops at Biswanath Chariali.
