Coronavirus: Bar & Pubs to remain closed till March 31

Amid the outbreak of the novel Coronavirus in the country, the Assam excise department has ordered to close all the bars and pubs in the State with immediate effect.

Theorder issued by the Additional Commissioner of Excise, Government of Assam alsostated that the bars and pubs are to remain closed till March 31, 2020.

TheAddl. Commissioner further asked the Deputy Commissioners of the districts totake immediate action regarding the same.
